सरकार ने फिर बढ़ाई राहत

Driving License Latest Update : ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट (RC), फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट (Fitness Certificate) समेत दूसरे मोटर व्हीकल डॉक्यूमेंट्स की वैलिडिटी सरकार ने एक बार फिर बढ़ा दी है. कोरोना महामारी की दूसरी लहर को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स अब 30 सितंबर तक मान्य रहेंगे. पहले ये सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स की वैधता 30 जून को खत्म हो रही थी. सरकार के इस कदम से करोड़ों लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी.  

30 सितंबर तक वैलिड रहेंगे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, RC

सड़क और परिवहन मंत्रालय की ओर से जारी आदेश के मुताबिक ये डॉक्यूमेंट्स जो 1 फरवरी, 2020 तक एक्सपायर हो गए थे या 30 सितंबर 2021 को एक्सपायर होने वाले हैं, और लॉकडाउन प्रतिबंधों के चलते रीन्यू नहीं हो पाए, अब इनको 30 सितंबर 2021 तक वैध माना जाएगा. 

मंत्रालय की ओर से सभी संबंधित विभागों को इस बारे में आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है. उनसे कहा गया है कि इससे नागरिकों को ट्रांसपोर्ट संबंधित सेवाओं में किसी तरह की दिक्कत नहीं आए. सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से कहा गया है कि वो इसे तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू करें ताकि ट्रांसपोर्टर्स और दूसरी संस्थाएं जो इस मुश्किल घड़ी में काम कर रही हैं उन्हें किसी तरह की प्रताड़ना या परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े.

6 बार पहले भी बढ़ चुकी है वैलिडिटी

आपको बता दें कि सरकार ने कोरोना महामारी को देखते हुए 6 बार ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, आरसी और फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट जैसे डॉक्यूमेंट्स की वैलिडिटी बढ़ाई थी. इसके पहले इन सभी डॉक्यूमेंट्स को 30 जून, 2021 तक मान्य किया गया था. 

इसके पहले 30 मार्च-2020, 9 जून-2020, 24 अगस्त-2020, 27 दिसंबर-2020, 26 मार्च-2021 को भी सड़क और परिवहन मंत्रालय की ओर से एडवाइजरीज जारी की गई थीं. सरकार का कहना है कि लॉकडाउन के प्रतिबंधों के चलते जरूरी सामानों का ट्रांसपोर्टेशन और उत्पादन सुचारू रूप से चलता रहे, इसलिए इन पेपर्स की वैधता को बढ़ाया गया है. सरकार को इस बात जब संज्ञान हुआ कि नागरिकों को मोटर व्हीकल डॉक्यूमेंट्स के रीन्यूअल में दिक्कतें आ रही हैं तो सरकार ने इनकी वैधता बढ़ाने का् फैसला किया है. 

यूपी के कई शहरों में नए लाइसेंस बनना शुरू हुए

फिलहाल यूपी समेत कुछ राज्यों में ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनाने का काम शुरू हुआ है, लेकिन अभी सिर्फ नए लाइसेंस ही बनाए जा रहे हैं. लाइसेंस का रीन्यूअल, लर्निंग लाइसेंस को लेकर अभी लंबा इंतजार करना पड़ सकता है. 30 जून को एक्सपायर हो चुके मोटर व्हीकल डॉक्यूमेंट्स की वैधता खत्म हो रही थी, इसके बाद लोगों के मन में आशंका थी कि वो आगे कैसे अपनी गाड़ियों के कागजात हासिल करेंगे. सरकार का ये फैसला करोड़ों लोगों के लिए राहत भरा कदम है. 

इन 3 बैंकों में है खाता तो ATM से कितनी बार भी निकालिए पैसा, नहीं लगेगा कोई चार्ज

हाल ही में रिजर्व (RBI) बैंक की एक कमेटी ने बैंकों को ग्राहकों की Free Limit खत्म होने के बाद ATM चार्ज को बढ़ाने की अनुमति दी है. दरअसल केंद्रीय बैंक ने बैंकों को हायर इंटरचेंज चार्ज और एटीएम ऑपरेशनल कॉस्ट (ATM Operational Cost) में बढ़ोतरी की क्षतिपूर्ति के नाम पर इसकी इजाजत दी थी. साफ है कि पहले से तय यानी Free Limit खत्म होने के बाद ATM से कैश निकालना महंगा हो जाएगा. ऐसे में कुछ बैंकों ने अपने ग्राहकों को अनलिमिटेड कैश विड्राल की छूट दी है.

अनिलिमिटेड फ्री ट्रांजैक्शन

इसी साल अगस्त महीने की पहली तारीख से बैंक अपनी ये फीस बढ़ा देंगे. फिलहाल के नियमों की बात करें तो अभी देश में अधिकांश प्राइवेट और सरकारी बैंक अर्बन सिटी और टाउन में 3 से 5 फ्री एटीएम ट्रांजैक्शन की अनुमति देते हैं. हालांकि, ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में, बैंक अधिकतम 5 फ्री एटीएम ट्रांजैक्शन की अनुमति देते हैं. तो जिन बैंकों ने अपने ग्राहकों को अनलिमिटेड फ्री कैश विड्राल की सुविधा दी है उनके नाम भी आपको बता देते हैं. ये बैंक हैं इंडसइंड बैंक (IndusInd Bank), आईडीबीआई बैंक (IDBI Bank) और सिटी बैंक (Citi Bank).

कैश विड्रॉल पर लगने वाले चार्ज अब 20 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 21 रुपए कर दिया गया है. इसी तरह, RBI ने बैंकों को इंटरचेंज चार्ज के रूप में 16 रुपए के बजाय 17 रुपए वसूलने की अनुमति दी है. कार्ड जारीकर्ता बैंक द्वारा उस बैंक को भुगतान किया जाता है जिसका ATM कैश निकालने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है. वहीं नॉन-फाइनेंशिलय ट्रांजैक्शन ATM चार्ज 5 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 6 रुपए कर दिया गया है.

बैंकबाजार के मुताबिक अगर आप आईडीबीआई (IDBI) ग्राहक हैं या बैंक में खाता खोलने की योजना बना रहे हैं तो आप यह जान लें कि बैंक अपने एटीएम पर फ्री अनिलिमिटेड ट्रांजैक्शन ऑफर कर रहा है. वहीं, इंडसइंड बैंक (IndusInd Bank) भारत में किसी भी बैंक के एटीएम पर अनलिमिटेड फ्री एटीएम ट्रांजैक्शन प्रदान करता है. बैंक की वेबसाइट के मुताबिक, देस में किसी भी ATM में आप इंडसइंड बैंक डेबिट कार्ड के साथ अनलिमिटेड फ्री एटीएम विड्रॉल कर सकते हैं.’

वहीं सिटी बैंक भले ही भारत से अपना कारोबार समेट रहा है लेकिन जब तक बैंकिंग जारी रहेगी तब तक उसके ग्राहक इस सुविधा का लाभ उठा सकेंगे. 

Jio Launches New Prepaid Plans With No Daily Data Limit

 

Reliance Jio on Saturday introduced 5 New Prepaid Plans with ‘No Daily Limit’ with validity ranging from 15 days to 1 year.

As per plans listed on its website, Jio has introduced these New Plans with validity of 15 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 365 days. These 5 plans will offer Uncapped Data and Unlimited Free Voice Calls for their validity periods. Jio Freedom Plans will bring more options for Digital Life, the Company said in a statement.

“They will help High Data Users enjoy seamless data usage without having to worry about exhausting daily limits while the 30-day validity cycle offers ease of remembering the recharge date,” Jio said.

Most affordable of the the lot start from ₹127 with 15 days validity. The plan offers 12 GB of uncapped daily data. The next plan comes with a validity of 30 days for ₹247 and brings 25 GB data without a daily FUP limit.

The next plan in the line-up costs ₹447 and is valid for 60 days. This plan comes with 50 GB data with no daily cap. The 90-day validity has been priced at ₹597 and will come with 75 GB of uncapped data.

The costliest Jio Freedom Plan will be valid for 365 days and cost ₹2,397. It will come with 365 GB of data.

The plans also offer access to Jio’s information and utility apps including JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews and others.

Passport Seva Kendras Send Renewal Reminders Through SMS

 

In order to make Passport Renewal hassle-free of people, the Ministry of External Affairs [MEA] has commenced sending SMS to Passport Holders before expiry of their Passport. 2 SMS are being sent to the concerned Passport Holders

- one before 9 months and another before 7 months of the date of expiry of their passport. 

If your passport is nearing expiry, you will get Text Reminders (SMS) for Passport Renewal. Your Passport Seva Kendra or Office will send you 2 reminders by SMS. This has been initiated by the Ministry as A Citizen-Friendly Proactive Service Delivery Measures to the Valid Passport Holders. 

As part of the SMS, citizens are also informed about the Authentic Website of the Ministry www.passportindia.gov.in for online submission of application related to Passport Services. This also helps in avoiding the applicant falling Prey to the Fake Websites in the Cyberspace. 

The sample SMS message being sent to citizens - “Dear Passport Holder, Your Passport KXXXX949 will expire on XX-Feb-20. Apply reissue at www.passportindia.gov.in or mPassport Seva App. Please ignore, if applied”.

It is a good initiative as most countries allow people to Travel with Passports with a minimum validity of 6 months and Travelers often realize that their Passport is about to expire at the last minute. While an Ordinary Passport for Adults is valid for 10 years from the date of issue and can be renewed for another 10 years, the validity of a Minor's Passport is restricted to 5 years or till they attain the age of 18, whichever is earlier.
