There Are Some Districts in India Which Are Independent

There Are Some Districts in India Which Are Independent from the Government of India. There are 10 such districts in the whole of India whose Governance and Administration is not seen by the Government of India, but those districts themselves see their own Governance and Administration, such districts are called Self-Governing Districts.

The control of these districts has been given by the Government of India to the Local People and this is not an incident that happened today, since our Constitution was made, since then these districts are Self-Governing Districts.

Meaning that the Government of India does not interfere in their work, they have the freedom to take their own decision, they can make laws for themselves, use them and can declare anything illegal according to their own law. A complete process has been decided and in Schedule 6 of our Constitution, those areas have also been described, ie the districts whose administration will be handled by the local people and not by the Government of India.

This was done because some of the Hilly Areas of India were deeply inhabited by Tribal People who were completely cut off from modern society and could not accept modernity. It was not expected from him that he would understand things completely and act accordingly. There were also some areas where there was a very deep diversity geographically.

And only the local people were aware of it, if there was direct Government of India, then they would not have been able to meet those policies and it was possible that the spirit of separatism would have taken home in them. Keeping in mind the local need, the framers of the Constitution had decided that the control of these districts would be handled by their own people and the Government of India would not be directly responsible for this.

But in those states where the district has been given complete independence, the Governor has given this responsibility to review the law made by the local people and decide that he should not make any law which is unconstitutional and biased. It declares such areas where the government of the district will be run by the local people there.

The Governor has the right to give power to make laws to those people and the Governor also has the power to increase or decrease the area of those districts which are governed by the district.

Most of such districts are in Northeast India, it includes the states of West Bengal, Assam, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, Ladakh also has two such districts, although the Government of India does not directly rule these districts, but still according to the rules and regulations, the Government of India is indirect. Generally keeps the governments of these districts under its control, like the budget for some big and important expenses is released by the Government of India only.

If there is unrest in any area, then the Government of India can send its army there freely, so it can be said that even if those districts are not directly under any state government or central government, but still the government of India He has control over them and is not completely free.
